God has given mankind His word,
It’s in these pages rest assured.
If you would seek Him then you must read,
His Holy word will supply your need.
The earth is filled with the work of His hands,
But this book is filled with His Love for man.
He came down from His throne of grace,
He walked the earth, He had a face.
Jesus is God’s Holy Son,
Our Salvation, our only One.
He paid the price for all our sin,
So our life with God could begin again.
Jesus the Light in my heart and soul,
His Word, sweeter than honey, worth more than gold.
