Upon These Pages We See God

Upon these pages we see God’s Love,
He gave to the world from up above.
The story of His only Son,
Who knew no sin, no not one.
He lived in Love and died in pain,
But by His death it was our gain,
He broke the awful chains of sin,
And made us whole, called us friend.
I’ve wandered far like wayward child,
While He waited, all the while.
These words of His, etched on my heart,
They light my soul and pierce the dark.
They teach the wise of saving grace,
And tell mankind to trust in faith.
So read this Book with open mind,
And God’s sweet Love you’ll surely find.
